Juice of half a lemon
1 teaspoon of dijon mustard
5 sweet peppers and 1 green bell pepper
Salt and pepper for taste
PREPARATION
Preheat the oven to 400F
Dice the onion, sweet peppers and the green bell pepper, then sautée them with olive oil and minced garlic
In a bowl, combine the crab / shrimp with the sautéed mix, the cream cheese, the dijon mustard, 7-Herbs and Garlic, 1 of the tablespoons of Soumbedioune, and Yassa Much. Add on the breadcrumbs and slightly mix
Marinate the salmon filets with the honey and 1 tablespoon of Soumbedioune
Cut the salmon in half crosswise on the top to create a pocket to stuff, or if the salmon is thinner, place the filling on top and roll up. (Cut a gap on the top of the roll to add even more filling. at the end.)
Bake at 400F for 18 minutes
Go to the top rack and cook on BROIL (500F) for another 4-5 minutes
Serve with or without a sauce. I made one by mixing mayo, dill and lemon juice sauce.
As usual, make sure to let us know how it went.
Bon Appetit,
Aby
