INGREDIENTS
3 chicken breasts
1 tablespoon of Curry-ous
1 tablespoon of Yassa Much
1 red pepper
2 onions
1 green pepper
2 cloves garlic
6 tablespoons of Olive oil
1 teaspoon of 7-Herbs and Garlic
1 teaspoon of Safara
1 lime
Salt and pepper for taste
PREPARATION
Clean thoroughly the chicken breasts with some salt and vinegar. Rinse with water then dry pat
Chop big chunks of the chicken breasts, squeeze the lime and crush the garlic.
In a dish, put the chicken, sprinkle with lemon juice, then pour 4 tablespoons of Olive oil; add 7-Herbs and Garlic, Curry-Ous and Safara.
Mix, cover and let rest in the fridge.
Preheat the oven to 210 ° C (thermostat 7). Cut the peppers and onions into strips.
Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan, put the onions and peppers to brown for 2 min then set aside.
Get the chicken pieces out of the fridge and brown them. As soon as they are colored, sprinkle them with the rest of the marinade and add Yassa Much.
Cover and simmer for 5 min. Once the water is gone, transfer to a different dish that goes in the oven then
Set to the oven to broil (or the highest temperature you have)
Arrange the meat, the peppers and the onions then place in the oven to get that grill taste for 5 min, then remove.
And voila! You can easily serve it with some tortilla, brown or white rice, quinoa, avocados or a garden salad. If you decide to go with tortillas, do not forget to wrap the tortillas in aluminum foil and heat them for 10 minutes in the oven. As usual, make sure to let us know how it went.
