Dibiterie Hausa (or suya in other anglophone African countries) is the single most popular street food that most Senegalese people look forward to eating, as they travel back home. They are usually on wooden sticks or chops, piping hot, that you usually eat once they're off the grill. Unless you have been crawl up under a rock, there is no denying you must have tried some form of skewered meat that is grill, broil or slowly cook over an open flame.
We have avoided using peanuts and subsitute them with almonds to bring up the authenticity of this blend. In addition, this blend includes onion, garlic, ginger, black pepper, paprika, cayenne and salt.
