Masset always shown us the importance of butter and natural ingredients when it comes to the perfect meal for Eid. On Eid's eve, we would marinade the meat that would be served for dinner on the special day. The secret is to have the marinade well incorporated within the meat and vegetables, then slowly let it cook from the morning on the special day.  The recipe of that marinade was reproduced to add that little magic to your meal this year. This one was specially made for our non-vegan friends. The airy and fluffy butter was clarified and whipped to allow you to store it  for 6 - 7 months at room temperature.
 
Ingredients: Clarified Butter, onion, black pepper, coriander and roasted garlic, oregano, thyme, parsley, chives, basil, cilantro and a hint of mint
 
May contain tree nuts (almond, coconut, hazelnut, pecan, pistachio, walnut) peanuts and soy.
 
Can be stored at room temperature.
