DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY (U.S AND CANADA)

SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME
​
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

* Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame we advertise, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly, we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information. If the package is returned non-deliverable we will issue a store credit for the net price of your item(s) minus the shipping charge.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from Masset, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. We do ship to PO Boxes via USPS. Expedited shipping is not available to a PO Box.
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it. You must address this with the United States Postal Service. Masset does not hold responsibility for packages that state to be delivered. We do not issue refund for packages that state being delivered.
Just a reminder that you will receive your order 3-5 business days from the date that it is shipped out, not necessarily from the date that it is placed. After your payment is authorized and verified, it can still take 1-2 days to process your order. This is just an estimate, and doesn't include weekends or holidays. When your order has been shipped, you will receive am email with tracking information.
We also offer USPS Priority Mail to most locations (domestic & internationally). Your shipping cost is displayed at point of checkout.
*If your order is multiple items and one of them is out of stock, we will go ahead and ship the rest of your order issuing store credit for the item(s) not in stock.*
SHIPPING RATES
We offer 2-day shipping on all orders with a flat rate of $12.00. Majority of all orders arrive between 1-2 days, but in very rare instances, please allow up to 3 days. We offer overnight shipping via FedEx for $19.95. The orders must be placed by 1 pm PST to be processed same day.

SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME
Please allow 3 to 5 days for the processing of your order. Please note that the processing time of 3 to 5 days is not included in the delivery time estimated at checkout. During holidays and sales and busy periods, the processing time can be up to 10 days.

PRE-ORDERED ITEMS
Items listed as "PRE-ORDER" require a longer processing time and are shipped at a later date than usual. Generally, the shipping date is mentioned in the item description. If you order an item listed as "PRE-ORDER", it means that you know that your order is placed on a waiting list and that it is shipped on time or on the date specified in the product description.

SHIPPING NOTIFICATION
If you have not received a shipping / delivery notice within the processing time or the specified shipping date, please inform us by sending an email to info.allmasset@gmail.com with your number control.

ITEMS NOT DELIVERED
If you have not received your order yet within the estimated delivery time, please allow an additional 2 to 3 days before contacting us as the packages may sometimes be delayed. Once the items are shipped and the customer is notified, it is the responsibility of the delivery company to ensure that the packages are delivered. As a result, please note that refunds will only be issued for lost parcels that can not be traced with the tracking number.
Please note that Masset will not issue refunds for parcels that will be returned for lack of reception or pick-up. In such a situation, the customer may request that the package be returned to him at his own expense within a maximum of 10 days following receipt of the package by Masset by sending an email to info.allmasset@gmail.com.

TARIFFS
Almost all shipments crossing international borders are subject to the assessment of duties and taxes imposed by the government of the importing country and treaties in force. Masset has no control over these assessments as they vary from country to country. All duties and taxes imposed on the package are the responsibility of the buyer.
Please note that Masset will not issue refunds for parcels that will be returned for outstanding customs fees. In such a situation, the customer may request that the package be returned to him at his own expense within a maximum of 10 days following receipt of the package by Masset by sending an email to info.allmasset@gmail.com.
R E F U N D & E X C H A N G E P O L I C Y
​Masset wants you to be completely satisfied with your order. Should your product be received damaged or unusable, please contact our customer service department at info.allmasset@gmail.com, Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. EST.
We will instruct you on how to return your purchase.

To receive a full refund, you must return your purchase within 14 days of purchase. Your purchase must be returned in new condition (UNUSED) with original packaging and accessories. We are happy to issue you a refund in the form of a credit store for use on a future purchase on Masset.com. A code will be given to you and you could use it when checking out. The code will never expire!

Unfortunately, we are not responsible for any shipping charges incurred when returning a product. It is the customers responsibility to return the items to Masset. You may want to look into getting shipping insurance to make sure your returned item(s) are received by us so we can reimburse you for your returned products.

We cannot refund your money or exchange if you use any portion of your spice(s) or other products you purchase on our site.
​
Pack your item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. All items must be returned in unused and original condition. All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We do not accept COD deliveries; they will be rejected. We recommend sending your return via USPS Flat Rate with a tracking number and insurance, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
